Hello I bought a Cuckoo clock just before Christmas 2016. I sent an e-mail a week after receiving my clock saying that when I received it was damaged. The wooden piece under the dancers was broken off and I re glued it; however, the clock on occasion stops ticking and the dancers will bind up. At the time you told me to keep running the clock and eventually it may wear in and fix itself, unfortunately it hasn't and the clock dancers still stop working at least twice.
